Service Description
After a detailed intake discussion, you will experience a 20-30 minute sensory breath work meditation immediately followed by 75-90 minutes of intuitive massage therapy body work. Bodywork sessions are bespoke, custom and individualized employing deep tissue, circulatory, lymphatic, thai and myofascial techniques. The FOR Foundation is 2-hours
Cancellation Policy
We get it - life can be unpredictable, that's why we have created a cancellation policy that honors both the curve balls that life throws your way, and values our time and keeps this small business running. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedule requests. - For late cancellations (within 24 hours or less) of your scheduled appointment time: your deposit will be retained and applied toward one rescheduled appointment. - Repeated late cancellations (more than one previous late cancellation): you will be charged for the entire session, deposit amounts will not be transferable toward future appointments.
